There are several reasons why you may be looking for a new trucking insurance agent.
If you don’t like your trucking insurance agent, you have a certain amount of power to fire your agent without cancelling your policy. You can find a new agent and sign an Agent of Record change letter and the insurance carrier will change agents, typically at renewal. Most insurance companies offer this because you should never have to deal with an unsatisfactory agent.
