Account Manager
You’re a hustler. You’re the guy /gal who was going door to door in middle school trying to mow lawns, sell stuff, and house sit. You’re someone always looking for a way to make money and not afraid of rejection. If you’re at a garage sale and see a good deal, you don’t just say it’s a good deal. You buy it and resell it.
- Account Managers at Red Rose Insurance are tasked with fostering new client happiness, acquiring new clients, and proactively serving our clients as they onboard.
- Base pay plus commissions (most of your pay will be from commissions)
- Flexibility with hybrid remote options available
- Paid Property & Casualty insurance license training
With how the compensation is setup you would make more every year and the larger the business gets, the more money you would make. This is the perfect role for someone who works hard, isn’t scared of being told no, and wants a flexible schedule. This is betting on yourself. If you can’t sell, you’re not going to do well. If you can sell, you will have a healthy income immediately. You will be provided some leads and are expected to self generate some through relationships with referral partners.
